Coming from a real estate background set the stage for her love of landscape design. She received her degree in Horticulture from Cal Poly Pomona while working as a personal real estate assistant to her mother. Working for her mother is where she really fell in love with real estate. She always knew that she would someday return to her roots in real estate sales. As soon as she graduated she formed her own landscape company and successfully ran it until she moved to the Bay Area to start a family. She has never stopped designing landscapes for special clients. She helped with the design and concept for a very successful family winery and resort in Temecula. After that project ended, she received her real estate license and went to work for her husband in his wholesale mortgage company. Together they were very successful in residential and commercial loans. In 2007 Cynthia and her husband decided to expand their business to residential real estate sales. Cynthia moved to the sales side of the transactions and together they work to provide clients with knowledge, experience and the perseverance to complete successful transactions that pave the way for productive long term relationships. Working together was the best business decision they have made. Communication between your Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer is crucial. Working as a team provides Cynthia's clients with an efficient and swift ability to make offers on properties. Cynthia believes in a service based lifestyle. Volunteering for the Medical Reserve Corps. or championing for animal rights is her passion. She supports various animal sanctuaries and lives with her family, mini pig and dog in Marin. Cynthia looks forward to providing her clients with her knowledge, experience and dedication to complete successful sales and purchases of homes in Marin County. A 'Spirit of Excellence' is her standard practice.
